A complete range of square or rectangular carbon fiber tubes manufactured using pultrusion & pullwinding processes.
Our square or rectangular tubes allow easy assembling for example to manufacture machine beams, composite tools or composite structures that are light, rigid, resistant and stable (coefficient of thermal expansion close to 0).
You can choose from our range of standard tubes or contact us for custom profiles. The profiles are designed and manufactured according to your needs with the support of our composite experts. The dimensions are limitless.
Our square tubes are manufactured in Pultrusion and Pullwinding in our french factory in order to guarantee an irreprochable manufacturing quality. For certains productions in small series or very large dimensions, we will suggest the use of complementary manufacturing processes.
Materials : to obtain the best performance, our tubes are manufactured from carbon fiber and exoxy resins. We offer different grades of carbon fiber : High Resistance (HR), Intermediate Modulus (IM), High Modulus (HM) or Very High Modulus (THM/UHM).

We can also use other fibers (natural fibers, basalt fiber, fiberglass…) and other resins, or offer hybrid carbon fiber and fiberglass solutions for specific applications (environmental protection, electrical insulation…), or even for cost optimization.
